A Saturday At Home
Yesterday Ben was in Nashville all day at an event spreading the AudioSpike love. Since we’re down to one car that meant Layla and I were homebound on the most beautiful day so far this year. So we had plans to practice bike riding, go on a walk, and have freshly baked cookies picnic style. Midway through the day we were getting a little bored with ourselves and then I got a text from Emily. Her husband was at the same event as Ben. So we invited the Hartleys over to enjoy the afternoon with us.
I threw together some tasty treats by melting 1 c white chocolate and 1/2 c peanut butter in the microwave and stirring in 2 cups of chow mein noodles. Then I just put spoonfuls on wax paper to cool until firm. Yay for pantry concoctions!
